  • Petition Location Requirements — Learn More

    To host a signing location in Michigan, a qualified petition circulator must be present for every signature collected. Main requirements:

    • —  Circulator must be 18+ and a U.S. citizen.
    • —  Michigan resident, or non-resident who checks the out-of-state box on every sheet.
    • —  Physically present for every signature — sheets cannot be left unattended.
    • —  Valid residential address on the circulator certificate (no P.O. box).
